Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

I understand and acknowledge that this is a limited pre-order of 20 units, and the products will be shipped to me only if they are delivered to Rationalkeys by the manufacturer without any defects or missing parts. I also accept the other terms and conditions specified in this text and on this page.

Please note that this is a limited pre-order. A limited number of products are ordered from the manufacturer. There may be delays or issues. The estimated shipping date and/or timeline is only an estimate. By adding this product to your cart and purchasing it, you agree that you understand all of the above conditions. You will be paying for this product immediately (your credit card or other payment method will be charged upfront and immediately).

The limited pre-order opportunity will work on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the pre-order rights are exhausted, the pre-order page will be closed. Each individual or legal entity may only place a pre-order for one unit. Orders exceeding one unit from the same or related individuals will be canceled.

Please do not add the pre-order to your cart and check out together with other products. Such orders will be canceled.

The published Pre-Order event is conducted by "SAM TOYS TASARIM ELEKTRONİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ" operating under the Rationalkeys brand ("Rationalkeys").

The customer acknowledges that the Pre-Order corresponds to the "Group Buy" mechanism, a global procurement method in the customizable mechanical keyboard culture. According to this system, consumers from different parts of the world who like a product design place a pre-order and pay in advance, enabling the product to be manufactured by the designer. This facilitates the procurement of the product. The seller of the product subject to the Pre-Order in Turkey and, where applicable, in certain third countries is Rationalkeys.

Only the person named on the invoice may participate in the Pre-Order.

The Pre-Order may be postponed, suspended, or subject to change in case of logistical, technical, administrative permission/approval delays, other customs and import processes (including but not limited to TAREKS inspections), and force majeure events. Rationalkeys will make the necessary announcements via the website and/or social media accounts.

The product subject to the Pre-Order will be delivered to the customer under the specified conditions within the legal 30-day period following its entry into Rationalkeys’ stock. The customer acknowledges within these terms and conditions that this period will start from the date the product enters Rationalkeys’ stock for products sold through Pre-Order.

Rationalkeys reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the event early and make changes to the pre-order conditions. Rationalkeys has the right to cancel the pre-order rights of customers whom it determines have acted in bad faith and/or with the intent of fraud or deception.

The customer will be solely responsible for any delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect address information provided to Rationalkeys during the Pre-Order or any other issues arising from the consumer.

Quality Declaration:

A-Grade product units should not have visible external scratches or prominent marks when assembled. Internal defects and marks (including hook marks) that are not visible when assembled do not classify a unit as B-Grade.

Screw holes may not be fully anodized or coated, and small marks near the hole opening may be present.

We try to use real photos as much as possible to represent the keyboard product as accurately as possible, but we occasionally use renders to complement these photos.

These renders may slightly differ from the final product.

Colors in the final product may vary due to the idealized artificial lighting used in the renders.

Raw or lightly coated brass naturally oxidizes and develops patina. Small stains and color changes may occur.
