The published Pre-Order event is organized by “SAM TOYS TASARIM ELEKTRONİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ” operating under the Rationalkeys brand (“Rationalkeys”).

I understand and acknowledge that this is a pre-order limited to a specific number of product units, and that the products will be shipped only after they are delivered to Rationalkeys by the manufacturer in complete and flawless condition. I also accept all other terms and rules stated in this text and on this page.

Please note that this is a limited pre-order. A limited quantity of products is ordered from the manufacturer. Delays and disruptions may occur. The stated estimated shipping date and/or timeline is only an estimate. By adding this product to your cart and completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept all of the above conditions. Payment will be collected immediately for this product (your credit card or other payment method will be charged in advance and in full).

Pre-order rights for the limited quantity will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once pre-order allocations are exhausted, the pre-order page will be closed. Each natural or legal person may place a pre-order for only one unit. Orders exceeding one unit placed by the same or related

persons will be canceled.

The published Pre-Order event is organized by “SAM TOYS TASARIM ELEKTRONİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ” operating under the Rationalkeys brand (“Rationalkeys”).

Rationalkeys acts as the seller of the pre-order product in Türkiye and, where applicable, in certain third-country markets.

Only the persons whose names appear on the invoice may participate in the Pre-Order.

The Pre-Order event and product delivery may be postponed, suspended, or modified due to possible logistical issues, technical or administrative permit/approval delays, customs and import procedures (including but not limited to TAREKS inspections), and force majeure. Rationalkeys will announce necessary updates via its website and/or social media accounts.

The pre-order product will be delivered to the customer under the stated conditions, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded, starting from the date the product enters Rationalkeys’ stock in complete and flawless condition. The customer acknowledges, within these terms and conditions, that this period will begin from the date the product enters Rationalkeys’ stock.

Rationalkeys reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the event early and to make changes to the pre-order conditions. Rationalkeys also reserves the right to cancel the pre-order rights of customers determined to have acted in bad faith and/or with fraudulent or deceptive intent.

The customer shall be solely responsible for any delays or failure of delivery caused by incorrect address information provided to Rationalkeys and/or any other issues attributable to the customer.

Quality Statement:

Units classified as Grade A must not contain visible external scratches or noticeable marks when assembled. Internal defects and marks (including hook marks) that are not visible after assembly shall not be considered Grade B units.

Screw holes may not be fully anodized or coated, and small marks may appear near the hole openings.

We try to use real photographs as much as possible to accurately represent the keyboard product; however, we occasionally use renders to supplement these images.

The provided render images may differ slightly from the final product.

Colors on the final product may vary due to the renders being created under idealized artificial lighting.

Raw or thinly coated brass naturally oxidizes and develops a patina. Minor stains and color variations may occur.
