Service Information
We apply professional lube to the switches you purchase from our store. Compared to standard factory lubing, our service delivers a noticeably smoother feel and a more solid, satisfying sound.
Do I need to purchase lube separately?
No, purchasing the service is all you need.
What lube do you use?
We use Krytox, one of the leading brands in the hobby. For the plastic parts of the switches, we use Krytox 205g0, while for the springs we use our own in-house "Spring Lube" product.
I bought my switches from your store previously. What should I do?
Please contact us via our WhatsApp line and share proof of your invoice, then let us know about shipping your switches. Once the process is confirmed, order the service for the number of switches you're sending and we'll ship them back using your preferred delivery option.
How long does the service take?
Our estimated turnaround for switch modification is 5 to 10 business days. This applies to switches and modification products ordered at the same time. For switches that need to be sent to us, shipping time will add to this estimate — while we can't give an exact timeframe, please allow an additional 3–5 business days.
