-Do I need to purchase lube separately in addition to the service?

No, purchasing the service will be sufficient.

-What lube do you use?

For lubricating your switches, we use Krytox, a brand from leading names in the hobby. We use Krytox "205g0" lube for the plastic components of the switches, while for the switch springs we use our own product, "Spring Oil."

-I bought my switches from your site previously, what should I do?

Contact us through our WhatsApp line and inform us about sending the products after providing proof of purchase. Once the process is completed, we will arrange the return shipment by ordering the current service for the number of switches you sent and selecting the delivery option.

-How long does the service take?

The estimated time we provide for switch modification is between 5 to 10 business days. This estimate applies only to switches and modification products ordered at the same time. For products you need to send to us, the time may increase depending on shipping duration, so while we cannot give an exact timeframe, you can consider an additional 3-5 business days.
