Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

The published Pre-Order event is conducted by "SAM TOYS TASARIM ELEKTRONİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ" ("Rationalkeys") operating under the Rationalkeys brand.

I understand and confirm that this is a pre-order limited to specific product units and that products will be shipped when they reach Rationalkeys from the manufacturer without errors and defects, and under this condition. I also accept the other terms and conditions specified in this text and on this page.

Please remember that this is a limited pre-order. A limited number of products are ordered from the manufacturer. There may be delays and disruptions. The specified estimated shipping date and/or timeline is only an estimate. By adding this product to your cart and purchasing it, you acknowledge that you understand all the above conditions. You will make immediate payment for this product (charges will be collected in advance and immediately from your credit card or other payment method).

Limited pre-order rights will work on a first-come, first-served basis. When pre-order rights are exhausted, the pre-order page will be closed to placing pre-orders. Each individual or legal entity can only place a pre-order for one unit. Orders exceeding one unit from single or multiple related parties will be canceled.

Please do not add the pre-order to your cart along with other products when making payment.

Rationalkeys acts as the seller of the Pre-Order product in the markets of Turkey and, where applicable, some third countries.

Only persons named on the invoice can participate in the Pre-Order.

The Pre-Order event and product delivery may be postponed, suspended, or subject to changes in case of logistic, technical, administrative permit/approval delays, other processes that may occur at customs and during import (including but not limited to TAREKS inspections) and force majeure situations. Rationalkeys will announce necessary notifications through its website and/or social media accounts.

The customer will be solely responsible for late or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided to Rationalkeys in the Pre-Order and/or all other problems originating from the consumer.

Quality Declaration:

Product units classified as A Quality should not contain external scratches or visible marks that can be seen when assembled. Internal defects and marks not visible when assembled (including hook marks) are not considered B Quality units.

Screw holes are not fully anodized or coated and there may be small marks near the hole opening.

We try to use real photographs as much as possible to represent the keyboard product as well as possible, but we occasionally use renders to complete these photographs.

The presented render images may differ slightly compared to the final product.

Colors in the final product may vary due to renders being made under idealized artificial lighting.

Raw or thinly plated brass naturally oxidizes and forms patina. Small stains and color changes may be visible.
