Pre-order Terms & Conditions

The Pre-order Event is organized by "SAM TOYS TASARIM ELEKTRONİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ" ("Rationalkeys") under the Rationalkeys brand.

I understand and confirm that this is a limited pre-order of 30 units and that the products will be shipped only after they have been delivered by the manufacturer to Rationalkeys without defects and in full. I also accept all other terms and conditions stated in this document and on this page.

Please note that this is a limited pre-order. A limited number of products have been ordered from the manufacturer. Delays and disruptions may occur. The estimated shipment date and/or timeline is only an estimate. By adding this product to your cart and purchasing it, you confirm that you understand all the conditions mentioned above. You will be charged immediately upon purchase (the payment will be deducted from your credit card or other payment method upfront).

Pre-orders are first-come, first-served. Once the pre-order slots are filled, the pre-order page will be closed. Each individual or entity can pre-order only one unit. Orders exceeding one unit from a single person or related persons will be canceled.

Rationalkeys acts as the seller of the pre-ordered product in Turkey and, where applicable, in some third-country markets.

Only the individuals whose names are on the invoice can participate in the pre-order.

The pre-order event and product delivery may be delayed, suspended, or altered due to logistical, technical, administrative permit/approval delays, customs and import procedures (including but not limited to TAREKS inspections), and force majeure. Rationalkeys will announce necessary updates via the website and/or social media accounts.

The pre-ordered product will be delivered to the customer within 30 days from the date it arrives in Rationalkeys’ stock. Customers acknowledge and accept this timeline as part of these terms and conditions.

Rationalkeys reserves the right to terminate the event early and modify pre-order conditions. Rationalkeys also reserves the right to cancel pre-orders of customers who are found to be acting in bad faith, fraudulently, or dishonestly.

Customers are solely responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect address information provided to Rationalkeys.

Quality Declaration

• A-Grade Units should not have visible external scratches or noticeable marks when assembled. Internal marks or defects (including hook marks) that are not visible when assembled are not considered B-Grade.
• Screw holes are not fully anodized or coated, and there may be small marks near the hole openings.
• We strive to use real photos of the keyboard as much as possible, but renders may be used occasionally.
• The final product may slightly differ from the render images.
• Colors in the final product may vary due to the idealized artificial lighting used in renders.
• Raw or lightly coated brass naturally oxidizes and forms a patina. Small spots and color changes may be visible.
